How do I become a VIP member?

Can I retun an order?

You can return an order if there was an issue with it, and get a refund, excluding the shipping. Please take a photo and include an explanation about the issue caused, and email it over to us.
Can I order my ow design?

Yes, you can! If you have an idea that you would like to have made especially for you, you can send us an email with some pictures and an explanation of what you would like to have, and we will make it happen for you, as similair as possible! Please note that 50 % of the price will need to be paid in advance of the order. The payment method used is Paypal. The time for the item to be created will vary depending on the size and details of the arwork. An estimated time will be given. Please also take not of the shipping time, that can vary between 1-4 weeks, depending on your location. Shipping is from Scandinavia.
What payment methods are available?

The payment method on this site is Paypal, but if you do not have possibility to use Paypal, a Bank Transfer or Revolut is also possible. Please contact us via email and let us know what product you would like to purchase, including your name, address and payment method of your choice. We will get back to you with the payment details and shipping information.
How much does the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping varies depending on what part of the world you are located. The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the product, but will be calculated in the checkout. Please contact us via email for further information.
